1. 1. Call to order. Called to order at 6:30 PM. A quorum was established. Director Ostrander was absent with notice.
2. 2. Approval of minutes. The minutes of the May 8, 2026 Annual Meeting were approved as written.
3. 3. Treasurer's report. Accounts reconciled. Mid-year actuals are tracking to budget.
4. 4. Pool operations. Season attendance is up over last year. One incident report (skinned knee) was filed and closed.
5. 5. Enforcement. Trash receptacle violations are up this quarter. Courtesy notices will be sent before fines are assessed.
6. 6. Newsletter. The summer issue of the Gazette is delayed to August. The committee requests photo submissions from the parade.
7. 7. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:39 PM.
