Your monthly assessment maintains the pool, parks, and trail network for all residents.

Community Pool & Spa

The pool is open Memorial Day through late September, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. Swim diapers are required for little ones. The pool is drained annually on May 8 for maintenance. The spa is currently closed pending a part on order.

Parks & Tot Lot

The community green and tot lot are open dawn to dusk. The tot lot surface is inspected quarterly. Please close the gate — the gophers don't need the help.

Trail Network

Over three miles of decomposed-granite trails connect the Grove, with trailheads at Evening Star Drive and behind Sweetwater Way. Dogs on leash, please. Trail lighting is limited; plan around daylight.

Recreation Center

The recreation room may be reserved for private events through the management office. A refundable deposit applies.
