1. 1. Call to order. The Annual Meeting of the Membership, held on May 8 as fixed by the Declaration, was called to order at 6:30 PM. Quorum was achieved by proxy.
2. 2. Election of directors. All incumbent directors were re-elected by acclamation, there being no additional candidates.
3. 3. Management report. Management reviewed the year's maintenance calendar and the reserve funding position.
4. 4. Member forum. A member asked after the spa closure; the part remains on order. A member thanked the Events Committee for the spring plant exchange.
5. 5. Adjournment. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:44 PM.
