1. 1. Call to order. The organizational meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at 6:32 PM. A quorum was established.
2. 2. Adoption of budget and assessments. The Board adopted the initial operating budget. The monthly assessment was set at $310 per home, covering the pool, parks, and trail network.
3. 3. Community website. A proposal from Cornerstone Community Websites was ratified under the builder's existing services agreement. The Board selected the "Oakmont" template. The Secretary will maintain content.
4. 4. Committees. The Board established the Architectural Review, Landscape, Events, and Welcome committees. Volunteers will be solicited in the newsletter.
5. 5. Meeting schedule. Regular meetings will be held quarterly. The Annual Meeting date is fixed by the governing documents.
