Question for whoever's window faces the model home: do the lights ever turn off? I work nights, so I see it at 3, 4 AM. Every light in the house on. I've emailed the builder twice about it, no reply. Seems wasteful.

Gene Pruitt · Sweetwater Wy — Posted July 8, 2025 · 8:18 AM Been like that since we moved in. Builder pays that meter, not us, but agreed it's wasteful. Curt Boehm · Evening Star Dr — Posted July 9, 2025 · 12:44 PM It's staging. They light them up so drive-by traffic sees it "lived in." Same reason the kids skating the cul-de-sac at midnight don't bother anyone, apparently. Marisol Vega · Evening Star Dr — Posted July 9, 2025 · 9:30 PM honestly we can see it from Matty's window and he likes it, says the house is "awake" 😂 kids Diane Okafor · Harmony Grove Pkwy — Posted July 10, 2025 · 9:02 AM It does make the corner feel safer at night! Blessings, Diane Renata Small · Juniper Bench — Posted July 12, 2025 · 3:22 AM Safer, sure. I'd just love to meet whoever's paying that bill.
